Featuring a high-energy atmosphere, indoor & outdoor seating and fresh-squeezed mojitos in a variety of flavors, mojitobar Sawgrass also features American cuisine with a Latin twist. Prepared by Celebrity Chef Douglas Rodriguez, mojitobar Sawgrass has an eclectic menu of bar snacks, sharing plates and large plates – perfect for lunch, dinner or late night. Known as the “Godfather of Nuevo Latino Cuisine,” Rodriguez is a James Beard award-winning chef who starred on Bravo’s Top Chef Masters as well as many other TV appearances. mojitobar & plates by Douglas Rodriguez is located in the newly renovated Oasis at Sawgrass Mills Mall, adjacent to the Regal movie theaters. Menu items include 12 varieties of mojitos, Latin-influenced tapas, ceviches, burgers, salads and sandwiches as well as many other creative takes on a variety of American favorites. Whether for a casual lunch or dinner in between shopping, late night partying (open until 4am on weekends, 2am on weekdays), or before/during/or after events held at the adjacent BB&T Center, mojitobar has something for everyone
